Administrative team
The Administrative Team plays a central role in the day-to-day management of the LPP. It supports researchers, engineers, PhD candidates, and technical staff in managing their activities by providing essential administrative, financial, and logistical assistance to ensure the smooth running of scientific projects.
It is involved in the following areas in particular:
Financial and budgetary monitoring of projects (ANR grants, European projects, PIA programs, etc.)
Management of purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports
Support for mobility and business travel
Human resources follow-up (recruitment, agreements, temporary contracts)
Liaison with the central administrative services of the supervisory institutions and laboratory partners
