Prevention officers
Overview
The LPP places the highest importance on risk prevention, personal safety, and the protection of the working environment. In accordance with regulations and the commitments of its supervisory institutions, procedures are in place to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all staff members, visitors, and students within the laboratory.
To this end, the LPP has three Prevention Officers (formerly ACMO), appointed to support teams in identifying risks, implementing safety instructions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. In particular, they are responsible for:
Relaying site-specific safety instructions;
Monitoring the Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document (DUERP);
Organizing safety awareness campaigns;
Coordinating with the prevention services of the supervisory institutions.
