Staff committee

Missions

• The LPP Staff Committee is an internal consultative body dedicated to examining issues specifically related to personnel, particularly technical and administrative staff (ITA), as well as researchers and faculty members. It operates under the authority of the Laboratory Council (CL).

• The Staff Committee’s missions are to:

  • Discuss and provide opinions on career developments (promotion proposals, grade advancements, internal competitions, mobility);

  • Exchange views on working conditions and organizational matters within the laboratory;

  • Facilitate the circulation of information between staff members, scientific teams, and management;

  • Listen to individual questions or concerns from staff members, while ensuring confidentiality.

Composition

• The committee is composed of:

  • ITA representatives elected or appointed to the Laboratory Council;

  • One representative of researchers/faculty members;

  • Two representatives of the scientific teams;

  • The management team and the laboratory administrator.
