Good to know
Training programs may be technical, scientific, cross-disciplinary, or managerial.
They may be delivered in person, remotely, or in hybrid format.
Requests should be submitted in advance (at least 6 to 8 weeks before the start of the training).
The LPP may also support more substantial individual projects: university diplomas (DU), certifications, long-term training programs, etc.
Continuing education also means:
Enhancing your professional profile;
Increasing efficiency in your responsibilities;
Preparing for mobility or career advancement;
Remaining curious and engaged in a dynamic of continuous improvement.
