Thesis committee
Overview
The LPP Thesis Committee is responsible for monitoring and supporting PhD candidates throughout their time at the laboratory. It serves as a supportive and neutral reference body, complementing thesis supervisors, to ensure the smooth progress of research work and the integration of PhD candidates into the scientific and collective life of the laboratory.
Main missions
Regular monitoring of PhD candidates enrolled at the LPP through annual individual or group meetings.
Listening and guidance: the committee is available to PhD candidates who wish to discuss difficulties, questions, or specific needs in a confidential setting.
Organization of the PhD Day: each year, this scientific and convivial event allows all LPP members to discover ongoing doctoral research and to strengthen connections within the laboratory.
